Instructions to Authors for Final Camera-Ready Paper Preparation 

Follow these step-by-step instructions to prepare your camera-ready paper for OCIT2025

1: Similarity Check and AI Generated score
The similarity index of your paper must be less than 20%, including references. The AI generated score must be less than 20%. If the plagiarism exceeds 20%, your paper will not be forwarded for publication in IEEE Xplore.

2: Reviewer Comments
The paper must be revised according to the reviewers' comments.

3: Revised Paper Submission
Submit source file of the revised paper along with final camera-ready paper highlighting all the queries asked by the reviewers. Link: https://forms.gle/ErabCfKNUH1WAVgp8
If all the queries are not addressed properly, then the paper may not be recommended for possible publication.

4: Conference Registration
The registered and presented papers during the conference will be eligible for possible publication in the IEEE Xplore.

5: Author List Integrity
The author list and order maintained during the initial submission must not be changed during the final Camera-Ready Submission.

6: IEEE Template Compliance
Paper must strictly adhere to the IEEE template.

7: Final Proofreading
Proofread your manuscript thoroughly to confirm that it will require no further revision.

8: Copyright Notice
Include the appropriate copyright notice on the left of the footer section of the first page.

For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-7702-5/25/$31.00 ©2025 Crown
For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-7702-5/25/$31.00 ©2025 European Union
For all other papers the copyright notice is: 979-8-3315-7702-5/25/$31.00 ©2025 IEEE


Process of preparing Camera-ready PDF file through IEEE PDF-Express:

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site(https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/Login)
First-time users should do the following:
Click on "Create account".
Enter the following:
• 66168X for the Conference ID
• Your email address
• a password
Click on the "SUBMIT" Button: (An email helpdesk-ieee will be sent to your email)
10. Account Activation: Go to your email and please click on the URL "Click for account activation". (Email Address will be verified)
11. Log in to your New IEEE PDF Express Account using your login credentials
12. Fill the IEEE PDF eXpress User profile: Personal information and Submit; Click ok
13. Go to the "Dashboard" and click on "CREATE NEW TITLE" and continue to enter information as prompted.
14. If Error in converting the file, then please correct the paper according to the IEEE Conference paper template and resubmit for the PDF eXpress until "File has been
converted successfully" without error.
15. After "File has been converted successfully", download the PDF from the "Action" Tab in the Dashboard.
16. Download the PDF file of your paper from the PDF eXpress website, rename it with PIDxxx, and upload it via the CMT Portal for Camera Ready Paper Submission of OCIT 2025 at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/OCIT2025/. [where xxx means the Submission ID mentioned in Microsoft CMT]
17. The next step is to complete the process of IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) submission as specified below.

Procedure for IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) Submission:
***************************************************************
For enabling the paper to appear in IEEE Xplore, it is mandatory to transfer the Copyright to IEEE. The
corresponding/submitting author of each paper must transfer IEEE eCF (No other mode is allowed).
The steps to transfer the Copyright to IEEE are given below:
1.Click on the IEEE copyright link available on the Microsoft CMT portal under the Actions column in the author console. You will be redirected to the IEEE copyright Form
Submission page.
2.Click on “Click here to redirect to the IEEE copyright website" to transfer eCF, and you will be redirected to the IEEE copyright portal. Follow the instructions to complete the
IEEE Copyright Transfer Process.
3.After filling out the Copyright Form, save it as a PDF file. Ensure that you download a copy of the completed copyright form. 4.Before uploading this PDF of copyright form to CMT, rename the file as PIDxxxC (where xxx is your paper ID in CMT).
